Beautiful alt-Americana out of the Midwest. Layered softly gorgeous raspy male vocals, acoustic picking … calls to mind cornfields and lazy rivers. And not the shitty kind at water parks that toddlers pee in. Try: 1,3,9 - Kaity

This cat is a yoga instructor turned psych-hop-hop folk artist. He pecializes in left-field wonked out bliss that befuddles anyone looking for genre tags. Kinda like a Mody/Sufjan/Eels burrito. Nothing terribly groundbreaking but well done. Try: 1,3!,7,9

5. Imperial Teen - Feel the Sound
